Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.
In the event of stock shortages or issues during preparation, the customer will be notified at the email address provided.
2. Shipping methods, areas, and delivery times
We ship to the United States.
Available shipping methods:
Standard shipping: estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 days.
Where applicable, some shipments may have an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 12 days.
The indicated timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external causes, including logistics operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond Solanira’s control.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is free.
Shipping costs, when applicable, are shown and calculated at checkout before completing the purchase, according to destination, weight/volume, and selected shipping method.
4. Order tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor the shipment.

5. Deliveries and addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or due to failed delivery, reshipping will be subject to payment of any new shipping costs.
Shipping address modifications are not available once the order has been placed.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

8. Receipt and verification
We recommend inspecting the package externally at the time of delivery.
If you notice visible damage to the packaging or signs of tampering, please document the issue with photographs of the package and label.
